Ben Weiss is an electric and acoustic guitarist based in New York City. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Ben has performed as a guitarist and pianist at venues throughout Southern California. He has accompanied independent artists during live shows and recording sessions, maintained weekly residencies and performed for weddings and private events. Between touring nationally with Cirque Musica as a guitarist for two years, playing both guitar and piano with the Jacksonville Symphony performing the score to the film Rocky, and spending two years as a bluegrass guitarist at Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio, Ben has had the opportunity to perform at venues all across the country in a wide variety of styles of music.

Ben graduated from Berklee College of Music, where he received his BM in Contemporary Writing & Production in 2017.  He is also a composer for film and advertising, writing music for independent films and television commercials. He won the award for ‘Best Music and Sound Design’ at the Fantasy/Sci-Fi Film & Writing Festival for his work on the short Immutable. Ben is also an avid educator, having taught hundreds of students on both guitar and piano through his private studio and several music schools. He has also written and published courses on guitar theory and improvisation techniques. In 2022, Ben released his debut EP ‘The Great Indoors’, which is available digitally worldwide. Since moving to NYC, Ben has been performing on and off broadway, most recently holding the guitar 2 chair at the new musical ‘Hell’s Kitchen’, written and produced by Alicia Keys.
